RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns 

Our return policy lasts up to 30 days from receipt of shipment. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unfortunately unable to accept a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return please contact us using the Contact Form found on this website providing details of your purchase with your eMail address. We will eMail you an Authorized Return Mailing Label.
Canadian and American customers will have distinct in-country return addresses.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an eMail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a few days for the credit to appear in your account. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 
If you wish to exchange your book, please contact us using the Contact Form found on this website with information on why you want to exchange your purchase.

Shipping 

To return your product, apply the Authorized Return Mailing Label to the original packaging and mail your product to the label address.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.
Original shipping costs paid to first receive your product are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the original shipping charge will not be included in your refund, along with a $2 restocking fee.
